Artificial bilayer dermis (graft for dermis defect) "PELNAC" is composed of an inner sponge layer of collagen and an outer layer of silicone. This is a new product that is able to reconstruct a dermis even in a serious defect, where bone, muscle, or tendon is exposed.
Clinical results have indicated that PELNAC is very effective in functional and cosmetic views. The contracture of defects is found to be insignificant.

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) bone fixation materials are used for osteotomy and osteosyntheis. As they are gradually absorbed in the human body, a reoperation for their removal is unnecessary. We are fabricating high strength fixation materials by a heat drawing technique at high pressure. We can provide several types of fixation materials including round pins, rectangle pins, screws, and plates.
In Japan, "NEOFIX", "PL-FIX" (trade name) contribute to orthopaedic and thoracic surgery. 

"NEOVEIL" is a PGA absorbable felt and is applied to wound regieons which do not take a long time until to heal. This material is useful for reinforcing weak sutured regions and preventing from air leakage. We are providing several tube-shaped types which are used with a stapling device. They can be applied also in endoscopic surgery.
